Free shipping and shipping upgrades
Free shipping offers valid for the USA are valid for the 50 US states, and include shipments to US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses.) They are not valid for shipping to US Territories. A discounted trackable and insured shipping upgrade to Domestic Ground (our choice of FedEx or UPS) may be offered where available.
International free shipping offers are valid for countries where International Airmail is offered, including Canada and US Territories. No discounted trackable/insured upgrade is available.
International Customers and Shipping Choices
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Stiff Store is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
We offer Global Air Mail shipping, and International FedEx. Prices may vary depending on weight and size of the order.
We recommend the International FedEx option where available, as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in shipment (not held in Customs.) Stiff Store is not liable for lost or damaged packages shipped using an uninsured shipping method (Global Air Mail.)
Shipping Methods within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Federal Express to ship our orders. For full information on our shipping methods within the USA, click here.
Packages shipped using UPS and Federal Express are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.
When you place your order you will be given two choices for shipping:
Order Fulfillment Time
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-10 business days from the day the order was completed. International orders generally take 1-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
When calculating timeframes for overnight or second-day delivery, be aware that our shipping warehouse is open Monday through Friday and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed before noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day). Examples:
We stock a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In addition to regularly stocked items, our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately, there are cases in which items need to be ordered from the studio or manufacturer, resulting in a backorder situation. Backordered items usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse. Product availability is displayed on the product description page on the website. For example, an item that is in stock will show the following availability message on the product description web page:
In order to avoid shipping adult materials to minors or third parties, the shipping address must be the address of the person placing the order.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.

Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a working replacement item in stock. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.

Defective toys and apparel
Defective toys and intimate apparel will be replaced with identical working items, or can be exchanged for store credit if we do not have a replacement in stock. To protect the health of our employees and our customers, we do not accept returns of any toys or intimate apparel. Please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase to start the replacement process.
Many DVDs can be played on a computer, or in a DVD-R drive, but play of the movie is not generally guaranteed by the manufacturer, unless specifically noted on the product page at www.stiffstore.com. To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you try to view the movie on a standard DVD player. Because of the rapidly changing technology in DVD production, recent-model DVD players (less than two years old) are most likely to successfully play the movie for you.
It is our experience that at times DVDs reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player. However, we will happily honor the defective product policy and exchange the DVD with a replacement. Before sending the replacement DVD, we will open and test the title for you, to ensure that it plays on a standard DVD player.
Incorrect Item Shipped
Our shipping department does an excellent job shipping the correct items to our customers, but with over 80,000 products and many studios releasing movies with similar titles, some mistakes can occur!
If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Before sending any item back to Stiff Store within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process, please obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
Incorrect Format Ordered
We offer titles in various formats including Stream to Own, Pay per Minute, Download to Own, Download + Mobile, and DVD.
Unless the product description states otherwise, DVDs have no regional coding and can be viewed anywhere in the world.
If you have mistakenly ordered a title in the incorrect format, we will exchange the unopened title for the correct format, where available, or offer a store credit to allow you to choose an alternate title.
Before sending any item back to Stiff Store, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
Incorrect Size Ordered
We will replace apparel with an alternate size if the apparel has not been worn, and is still in a sellable state. To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct size adult apparel.
Individual tastes and interests vary, which makes it difficult for Stiff Store to ensure your personal satisfaction with the content of the titles you select. We endeavor to provide complete and accurate information on the website about each title we carry, including the cover and back images, and information from the studio.
If you believe that the information on the website misrepresents the title you purchased, we would like to know about it. We will happily update the information on our website and provide an exchange for an alternate title.
Before sending any item back to Stiff Store, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to report the issue, start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). The return process should be started within 60 days of the original purchase.
Change of Mind
Stiff Store's sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

How to Redeem Coupons

We offer a variety of ways in which you can participate in our online community, such as creating product reviews.
